BOSS Cohort Blossoms at Boule

[Louisville, KY] Diversity Distilled, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusivity in the spirits industry, is delighted to announce the remarkable success of its 2023 BOSS (Black Owned Spirits Summit) Cohort.

This inaugural BOSS Cohort, was a pioneering initiative aimed at providing mentorship, education, and networking opportunities to underrepresented individuals pursuing careers in the spirits industry. This year's cohort has demonstrated exceptional talent, passion, and dedication — showcasing the program's impact on fostering diversity and inclusivity within the traditionally white-male-dominated industry.

Let’s take a look at each of our brands.
